Before first use
Check the product, cable, charger, battery area and packaging for damage. Confirm that the voltage, connector and intended use match the supplied instructions. Stop if anything looks swollen, cracked, wet or exposed.
Charging and batteries
Use a compatible, undamaged charger on a firm, ventilated surface. Keep charging products away from bedding, heat and liquids. Do not puncture, crush, open or continue using a battery that swells, leaks, smells unusual or becomes excessively hot.
Children and small parts
Keep button cells, loose batteries, packaging and other small parts away from children. Follow the age and supervision guidance supplied with the product. Seek urgent medical help if a battery may have been swallowed.
Damage or overheating
Disconnect the product when it is safe to do so and move away from it if you see smoke, sparking or rapid overheating. Do not attempt an unauthorised repair. Contact emergency services where there is immediate danger, then contact LevelUp when it is safe.
