Terms version 2026-10-09

The agreement we make when you order

These terms explain who you are buying from and what both sides can expect. They work with your legal consumer rights and do not remove them.

Who you are buying from

You are shopping with LevelUp Tech Solutions. The store is operated by T V M Holdings CC, a South African close corporation in business under registration number 2006/004564/23. Vuledzani Mutele is the active member.

Registered address for legal notices: 03 Grey Avenue, Albemarle, Gauteng, 1401. This is not a customer collection or walk-in returns location.

Products and availability

Product pages describe the main features using the verified information available to us. Images can show presentation or batch differences. Ask us before ordering if a particular connection or compatibility detail is essential.

An item can be bought only after its supplier cost, selling price and physically received stock have passed our release controls. If stock cannot be supplied, we will not keep payment for goods we cannot provide.

Prices

Prices are in South African rand and show the total product amount paid at the current checkout, including the delivery allocation built into our pricing. LevelUp is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not separately charged or shown as claimable tax.

Placing an order

You can review and correct your details before continuing to payment. Selecting the acceptance box records the version of these terms that was presented. An order becomes confirmed only after payment is verified and the reserved stock is successfully finalised.

Payment and delivery

The available payment methods are shown at checkout and handled by the selected payment provider. Delivery is made to your selected Pargo point. Read the payment guide and delivery guide before ordering.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Eligible online purchases can be cancelled within seven days after receipt when you change your mind, with the direct return cost for that return carried by you. Different support applies when goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrect. Our warranty and returns guide explains the process and the choices available.

Resolving a concern

Contact us first so we can review the order record and try to resolve the concern directly. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using an applicable consumer complaint process or remedy available under South African law.
